Description

In this course, you will learn various knowledge and skills to help lead a healthy and physically active life. You can learn about the effects of exercise on your body, how the heart plays a significant role in being physically active, and the many ways you can set health goals and achieve them. You’ll also explore ways to incorporate physical activity that helps you develop healthy habits for your physical and mental well-being.
