Description

Students will learn more complex motor skills through throwing, catching, kicking, striking, dancing, swimming, and gymnastics. Students will get creative using new ways to improve their skills and meet their fitness goals. They will understand the importance of overall wellness through creating meal plans and workouts and staying positive by exhibiting teamwork and sportsmanship. This course will also discuss how students can use technology to track their fitness.
