In this course, students will engage in a variety of topics as they explore the world of reading and writing. Students will put their skills to work as they learn all about word construction, cursive writing, spelling, context clues, vocabulary, reading comprehension, grammar, and the writing process. They will write narrative, expository, and opinion essays.
