FlexPoint Named 2025 EdTech Chronicle Best in Education Award Winner

FlexPoint has been named the 2025 EdTech Chronicle Best in Education Award winner in the Best Advertisement, Direct Mail, Email, and Other Marketing Collateral category for the FlexPoint marketing guide, 'How to Attract Families to Your School and Increase Enrollment - Marketing Your School or District: Part 1'.

The EdTech Chronicle Best in Education Awards recognize companies and initiatives that are making a meaningful impact on education through innovation, effectiveness, and leadership. The FlexPoint Marketing Guide was recognized for its clear messaging, strong visual design, and effectiveness in helping schools and districts communicate their value in an increasingly competitive education landscape.

“Today’s families have more educational options than ever before, and schools must be intentional about how they show up in that decision-making process,” said Amanda Duitsman, Director of Marketing for FlexPoint. “The FlexPoint Marketing Guide provides education leaders with a roadmap to strengthen their brand awareness, address enrollment challenges, and compete effectively in a choice-driven landscape.”

FlexPoint is a leader in PreK–12 online learning solutions, partnering with schools and districts across the United States and international markets, spanning 49 states and 56 countries. As school choice continues to expand through vouchers, education savings accounts, and alternative learning options, schools and districts face growing pressure to clearly communicate their strengths and attract student enrollment. The FlexPoint Marketing Guide was created in direct response to these challenges.

Designed as a free, comprehensive, long‑form resource, the guide translates professional marketing and communications strategies into practical, actionable steps that education leaders can implement regardless of prior marketing experience. The guide empowers schools and districts to tell their story effectively while building trust with families and communities.

“Not every school or district has access to marketing expertise or large budgets,” said Duitsman. “The guide represents an ongoing commitment to helping schools and districts build a strong, trusted brand that supports enrollment and long-term success with the resources available to them.”

This recognition underscores the commitment FlexPoint is making high‑quality marketing expertise accessible to education leaders and supporting schools and districts as they navigate a rapidly evolving education environment.

In addition to recognition for the FlexPoint Marketing Guide, Sam Verghese, Chief Operating Officer and acting Deputy Superintendent of Florida Virtual School (FLVS) and FlexPoint, has also been named a 2025 EdTech Chronicle Best in Education Award winner in the Best Leader of a K‑12 School/District category. This award recognizes exceptional leadership, innovation, and impact in education.
